Through research and observation, Ford determined that the average daily miles traveled for a work van is about 74 miles per day. To address the needs of the average work van users, the 2022 Ford E-Transit has a range of about 126 miles per charge. To further address the needs of your business, Ford built the E-Transit to help improve work efficiency with features like Pro Power OnBoard where you are provided 2.4 kW of power to charge everything from electronic devices like your phone, tablet, and laptop to the battery-powered tools like drills, saws, jackhammers and more.

Capability

Unlike many electric vehicles that lack the power you want, Ford’s E-Transit van did not compromise on power or cargo space.  You’ll get the advantages of an electric drivetrain, but with ample power. The E-Transit low roof can haul up to 3,800 lbs. and the cutaway can haul up to 4,290 lbs. Depending on the configurations that you choose on your E-Transit, some even have a towing capacity of 2,000 lbs. for a trailer with other work equipment.

Adaptable Design

The 2022 Ford E-Transit can be configured in several ways to suit the needs of your business. Choose from three different heights 6’9”, 6’ or just the more maneuverable low roof that can fit into a garage and has a 7’ wide opening. You can also get a chassis cab or a cutaway model and you can get models with different lengths (regular, long, and extended) for as much room as you require.

Ford Blue Oval gives you access to 63,000 public charging stations across the US or choose onsite charging options in which Ford Pro experts come out and install the necessary hardware and software for onsite charging stations. With the necessary hardware and software, drivers can charge their vehicles from the comfort of home.
